Killing is wrong/immoral

attimes,it is permitted.all religion somehow encourages it.

Parents telling children stories that are untrue, as if they were true is not the same as a lie
so my question is when is telling a lie a sin, we see from the pages of the bible Liars will not inherit the kingdom of heaven, so we won't discuss whether or not its a sin, moreover when is lying a sin and what really is the biblical line for telling a falsehood and it being a sin

When should immoralty be considered moral?is it when the gods/God says so?what will make them say so?
