the west bluffing, and serious minded nations plan for contingencies hence the west might not supply us weapons but the trade in oil goes on, or we could have arm the bakasians to defend their land, while supporting them. everthing requires planning and strategy but as a country we have spent more time bickering than solidifying our position.
