enkaay: Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Infertility in men is really becoming a big issue and most men would rather live with it than talk about it. Why die in silence when you can benefit from others who have gone through ( and triumphed) male infertility?

A lot of them are suffering from infertility but would rather shy away from it. Some are now fathers to their unbiological children, thanks to the wives who preferred getting pregnant from other men.
Heard of how one Alhaji died of heart attack at a 5 star hospital after the DNA revealed that of all the man's 7 children, only one is his.

An old friend of mine told me how she arranged a custom officer boyfriend for her friend who has been married for 10 years without a child. Few months of sexcaped resulted in the birth of twins. She hanged the twins on the husband's head. On the naming, the husband closed the entire street and slaughtered a cow for the party.
She lied to the custom officer boyfriend that she had to rush home to visit her ailing mother. The man never knew she was pregnant. After a couple of months later, she took in again and disappeared yet again. This time , she gave birth to a singleton. Now, she has severed relationship with the man. While her poor husband is busy fathering the custom officer 's children.

To help you people with the problem;
1. Don't wear to much clothes to ur male region to avoid heat.
2. Don't place hot meals, laptops in ur male region cuz it must be cool for healthy sperm,
3. Check the area you living if there are no to much telcom mast, don't xpose ursef to too much xrays,
4.Watch what u eat,take vegetables,fruit regularly,
5.Make a food rooster to help maintain a balance diet,
6. Take good rest, take massge cuz it helps in sperm production,
7. The best time to have sex is in the morning,if u are a right man,ur dick will be healthy in the mornin so as ur sperm,
8.Don't work ursef up while having sex, don't hold back ur sperms to so to spend longer time in bed, when you have a 5mins sex in around 5-6am is the Best, don't have sex that time by changing styles(MISSIONARY IS THE BEST)
9.Always see ur doctor when you notice abnormalty
10 eat watermelon,pawpaw,honey,banana...and good spinach(efo tete).
11 have a deep sleep,sleep early,by 9pm u shld be on ur bed.
12.Treat any form of STDs.......
13.Drink plenty of water
14. Lastly PRAY TO UR CREATOR.........I pray everyone facing this problem may u come nextyear to talk about your kids.........

I should add this;

The missionary style is the best where the lady lie her back the man on top......after this sex the man should lay on the woman for atlist 5mins b4 leaving eachother for deep sleep.

God bless you for No. 3. It's a silent killer and ignorance is no excuse.

But everywhere you look now, especially in Lagos, there are telecom masts everywhere like a forest. The government is making serious cash from the operators and you see these operators always donating one thing or the other to muzzle the government.

You hardly see masts openly in the UK, Europe or the US the way they sprout like a rash on our horizon in Naija. Even in neighbouring countries like Benin, Togo and Ghana.

But Nigeria is a dumping site for all sorts and poverty-stricken landlords and ignorant tenants allow electromagnetic radiation emitting masts right beside their bedrooms and compounds with the regulators pretending as if all is normal.

In Nigeria, there's a regulation that prescribes a 10/12 metre setback while another Guideline states 5 metre. Studies in other countries are recommending 350-400 metres as recommended setback as cancer has been identified in residents living as far as 80 metres from a telecom mast.

God deliver us!

what I advocate for his pregnancy before marriage....forget fornication....this is about havin ur own generation........we are in the era of how science n technology has really caused health damage to our body.......my people be wise,so u won't enter the marriage finish u go come dey endure, dey run up n down all becuz u never act wise.......

this infertility is common to people living at cities.....my survey shows villagers, the low class find it easy to impregnate a lady cuz theY are not exposed to the city with no good control agency.........

you see young boys uimpregnate a lady as a students just because the sperms are still fresh and mobile........

.too much releasing of sperms damage the sperm bank so don't just shook ladies everytym lyk its food.....and hygiene is important.....and pls guys not all ladies u have sex with when you still a youth, have a taste of ladies, not a dirty gal,its not about the hole, but about the disease......

and always tell people arnd you when you notice sumtn strange in you, like me and my friends we do compare our dicks......not for fun but atimes u may notice sumtn unusual in someones dick(mind u,I aint gay either).....

always make sure u go for checkups every 3months.thank you all(may God help us all).

what are the likely symptoms you see if you have staph, and does it mean watery sperm cant impregnate irrespective of whether the sperm count is normal wt good motility or not.
Re: Male Infertility!!! Share Your Experience/success Story. by 4djustnation: 1:12pm On Nov 25, 2013
I most say this is one of the most interesting topics I have ever seen on this forum.
Please, if you have tried all drugs without improvement, I recommend one to you. It is ADDYZOA. It is being sold by Fidson Phamarceuticals along Ikorodu road, Lagos. Try and use it for 6 months and give us the feedback.

Danyl: what are the likely symptoms you see if you have staph, and does it mean watery sperm cant impregnate irrespective of whether the sperm count is normal wt good motility or not.

Symptoms of staph infections vary widely, depending on the location and severity of the infection. The best way to know is to go for a culture test.

Watery sperm does not necessarily mean there's a problem but too much of ejaculation (masturbation), a medication you are taking (antibiotics) or infection could cause the sperm to be less in the semen. The sperm is what thickens the semen. In some cases, it's also normal for the sperm to change color because the consistency of semen changes as men age.

A normal sperm count should be a minimum of 20 million counts motile counts.

This is an amazing thread, I have been there done it and have the t shirt to show for it. It is a very life changing experience when you are told everything is zero, the world stops, I was performing like a horse but nothing to show for it, went through series of SA....no show, who can you discuss this kind of matter with, you carry your cross alone and start pitying your innocent wife and then you start thinking of why you didn’t do the test earlier, why the devil has decided to disgrace you this way. The most painful thing is watching people pray for the wife and tell her to go from one counselling session to another when you know you are the one with the problem. Then you start asking question and go for testicular biopsis, there is sperm in the sack but it isnt coming through, you start racking your brain, I even called the hospital in which I was born to request my baby file (the way the brain thinks in moments like this arent logical). Then you start remembering that foolish girlfriend of the past who said they got pregnant for you at some point but terminated it without telling you. The brain starts thinking what is the distance between the sack and the main man that sperm isnt flowing through, you now say okay, cant we repair the tubes, you go for another test in harley street and then you hear those words that tells you hope is lost " it is unobstructive blockage" meaning they don’t know.

Then they tell you about IVF and how much it costs, then you put the poor wife through a mind buggling series of injections for about 14 day and then they cut your sac open and remove some samples and remove madams eggs and then put them together, then you have to wait for news of whether the embryos formed well..........What has eyes not seen, how many cycles has one gone through but finally God did it, I remember just holding her and thinking what took you so long. IVF is easier said than done but it was our saviour, when your wife has gone through so many cycles you come to respect and worship her, you might have your little quarrel but deep down you know it wasn’t easy, how many times have we waited for that phone call on the 14th day after transfer to know if she is pregnant or not, how many times has one heard...sweet I am not pregnant in between tears......but the one phone call that brings good news has a way of reviving every dead cell in your body.

For guys reading this, married or not, go and check yourself and adhere to most of the advice already given.

Men are the cause of about 30% of most couples with child issues and they are always refusing to even go for SA, even if you can shoot from one end of the room to another, it has nothing to do with the quality of your sperm.

Something i saw on the web during one of my research

10 Foods to Improve Sperm Count and Quality Natural Remedies

Getting pregnant is not always as easy as we think it should be. One common problem is a low sperm count, but the good news is that there are foods that are not only super tasty, but super good for sperm.

The best part? Some of these foods are also aphrodisiacs... so if you've gotten a little bored with getting it on to get prego, whip up a menu based on these sexy foods.

Asparagus - That little green vegetable that gets so much flack for what it does to the smell of your urine actually has some fantastic powers over sperm. The ridiculously high amount of Vitamin C prevents sperm from oxidizing, and it protects the cells of the testicles. Additionally, Vitamin C decreases free radicals so your man’s body can focus on producing sperm instead of fighting off disease.

Avocado - Summer is the perfect time to pick up some yummy avocados for guacamole… and a hot night at home. Packed with vitamin E, vitamin B6, and folic acid, avocados boost sperm motility and give it the strength to penetrate an egg.

Bananas - Upon reading that this fruit can help your guy out, we had some giggly flashbacks to Drew Barrymore putting a condom on a banana in Never Been Kissed. Phallic shape aside, there are some awesome things going on in bananas to help increase sperm count. Bananas have a rare enzyme in them called Bromelain, which has been shown to regulate sex hormones. There’s also a good amount of vitamin B1, vitamin A, and vitamin C which will help increase his stamina and boost his body’s ability to make sperm.

Beef - This was a little surprising to us given that doctors are constantly saying to lay off red meat if you want a healthy heart. Lean beef, though, is a fantastic source of zinc. A little research on the Dr. Oz site told us that zinc has protective properties that keep free radicals from getting at your man’s little swimmers. In fact, zinc goes even further to prevent testosterone from converting to estrogen, which is the culprit of a low sex drive.

Dark Chocolate - There’s no sexier food to bring into the bedroom than dark chocolate, but now, it’s not just the seductive taste you’ll want it for. Dark chocolate contains L-Arginine HCL, an amino acid related to the arginine in walnuts. It also doubles your guy’s sperm count and semen volume. Men who eat a little dark chocolate everyday have also noted that they have stronger and more intense orgasms. BONUS: it does that for you, too. *wink*

Garlic - Along the same lines as ginseng, garlic possesses the power to increase blood flow. The chemical allicin not only helps keep plaque from building up in the arteries, it also improves the flow of blood to the genitals and boosts the strength and endurance of the sperm. Garlic also contains selenium and vitamin B6 to prevent sperm damage and regulate hormones.

Ginseng - Dr. Oz recommends ginseng for guys who are dealing with less than impressive bedroom scenarios, but a little more online research tells us that men in Asia have been supplementing ginseng into their diets for centuries because it improves virility. In fact, ginseng increases libido, sexual performance, and aids in blood flow to the testicles. In a study at Southern Illinois University, 45 men with erectile dysfunction were put on a ginseng regimen, and at 16 weeks, 60% of those men reported having stronger erections.

Oysters - The fact that oysters are an aphrodisiac was first presented to me in the form of Sex in the City. The process of feeding to each other and sucking down the slimy little things really gets people going. Did you know they also have sperm count increasing benefits? A good portion of a sperm cell is composed of zinc, which oysters are relatively high in. Eating oysters can not only increase sperm production but it can aid in the repair of damaged sperm.

Pomegranate - This is the most super of all super foods. It seems like it can truly cure whatever ails you from the common cold to low sperm count. Because of the intense cocktail of antioxidants in pomegranates, the juice can lower a chemical in the blood called malondialidehyde. That chemical destroys sperm, so drinking pomegranate juice is like putting a super hero cape on all those sperm so they can destroy the evil free radicals and get to the egg just in time.

Walnuts - In high school, we were given a comparison between the size of a walnut and a testicle. Strangely enough, size is not the only link between them. Walnuts contain arganine, which helps the testicles to increase sperm production and also aids in semen volume increase. It also contains Omega-3 fatty acids which improve the blood flow to the penis. These nuts also have twice the antioxidant power over other nuts so they do a great job of protecting the little guys, too. BONUS: eating 7 walnuts a day lowers cholesterol and the risk of heart disease.

@hj,you have made a very good point but what about those that cant afford IVF?I was diagnosed of zero sperrm count(azoospermia). The last time i visited the hospital, the doctor-in-charge after going through my surgical result, said it is likely that i was given birth to like that.I rejected it immediately.I know more than 3 different girls that took in for me(confirmed).I have done testicular biopsy and the result of the surgery is primary testicular atrophy..I took time to google it and found out that i can still father a child even without IVF/IUI/ICSI.Besides,God is still very much awake.I cannot be barren/sterile or whatever it is being called.Presently,i am taking some medications which i strongly believe will yield a positive result.According to an uncle who is into this natural herb treatment,he said the cause of all this sperm count issue is due to the collapse of the tube where the active sperm passes through. As a result,it blocks the sperm from getting to the woman's egg.

Santangelo, continue to use your medication and remain positive, I am a believer in the strenght of the body and believe every ailment can be healed, even if it takes time, watch your diet, when you are at home DONT WEAR PANTS, allow good ventilation to your vital parts and do your best to make your wife at ease. God will surely step into your situation. The environment and the world we live in today has so many dangers, even putting your tv on standby sends rays round the house. You might need to see a urologist to run some test on you, there is one where a instrument is put through your backside and it kinds of takes a picture of your vas deference to see if it is an obstructive blockage or not.
