when I was a child, there was a girl in my class who, unprovoked, constantly told me that I was ugly. I'd be sitting, minding my own business, and out of the blue, there she would go about how ugly I was (and I wasn't ugly by the way) This really upset me, and when I told my Mom, you know what she said? "That's just because she thinks she's ugly - and she's scared you might notice."

I am not sure why certain people want to come on this forum to spit venom.  talk about inferiority complex. Why would anyone exhaust himself to convince someone else of his own superiority (assuming he genuinely believed it), if not as an attempt to outrun a pathological inferiority complex himself? And not just inferiority to us, but probably to everyone. This type of behavior is a form of neurosis: when you despise yourself (because those immediately around you despise you), you project those emotions onto others, and act out your self-hatred on them. This behavior develops easily with people who have no real lives; or who are perhaps outcasts of their own class. Think about it: if they had some love or friends or family in their lives, could they even be bothered to come on this forum to chat TOSH? Something's wrong with that picture. And if they really believed in their own superiority, they would not give this or any other predominant black site the time of day.

when they see a black man loving or leading they were unable to master, suddenly the burden becomes to difficult to bear. Their mind snaps, logic and reasonableness are lost. These may just be too blinded by their lack of self-esteem to focus on theirs.  It's unfortunate to see a person allow self-hatred to infect his relationships with others, let alone a single woman.
