The last time we checked, cheaper goods( low quality) sell more in Nigeria than expensive ones.

manny4life: Lazy people blame others for their woes, MOST Nigerians are lazy by default and hence blame Igbos for their inability. If Igbos sell substandard products, what do you do? Make a move and change the system: produce quality standard goods. You cannot eat your cake and have it back, you want cheap goods but quality at same time, for where... Even China is a dump ground for substandard products... So yall deal with it.

I don't know y sb wants to buy an Aba made shoe of 2500 and expect it to have the same quality as am Italian shoe of 20k.
Do aba ppl get their own raw materials from breathing?

If not for them, only the very rich will wear fashion items in Nigeria.
And we will practically be using tnz only made by foreign companies.
Talking about ways to achieve both self reliance and meeting the ppl's desire for affordable tnz. .
Aba and other Igbo entrepreneurs do mass production of goods for Nigeria and for export as well;and make customized items for boutiques- these ones have higher quality and are more expensive.
So, everything depends on how much u have.
