I thought the clamour was that the AGF should sign the MOU....why the rush by FG to open an account for ASUU and make payment without the AGFs signature on the MoU.....
After this first payment, will FG not renege on their agreement say 2014 or 2015?
Which is more hard; signing of the MoU or Doling out N200billion?

Me I am confused. They said 1.3billion naira would be disbursed over a period of 4 years, no Okupe is saying it would be over a period of 6years. Isn't this contradictory? undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided undecided

Then Communicate to ASUU and provide evidence or documentation of payment. Word of mouth isn't enough!

Let's keep our fingers crossed tho.. But that renewed demand and conditions of ASUU despite concluding everything with fg at the 13 hour marathon meeting is very annoying. Imagine ASUU demanding for payment of the months they did not work. For trouble not to wake up,its better they call off this ill-reputed strike

Hello, pls check with CBN to confirm and call off the strike. This government has shown some efforts. Do not go to APC, the Boko harams, always ensuring that GEJ is down. ASUU should not meet them to seek another advice before doing the needful.

ASUU did not make it mandatory that it must be signed by the AGF, they said, 'preferably' the AGF. The SFG told the Perm Second of Ministry of Education to sign an MoU in January 2012 only for the Government to later reject it. All ASUU want is for a top Government official to do so.

In a situation like this, shouldn't the CBN Governor publicly confirm that Government has indeed deposited the money?
