U can't compare ogun to kadauna, or compare ekiti, ondo, osun states to states in the north like kano, niger, bauchi states in terms of development.

The only thing that the sw ll tell the north is they hav many profs and educationist more than the north which majority of them r mere educated illiterates jst like the prof.
