Ok, oil was found in-situ no one's grandfather buried/planted it. Why should the owners of the land not benefit most out of their resource? What justification is there for polluting land in the process of extracting oil but not returning enough money to give the inhabitants a better lifestyle but giving the monies to far flung areas to run their own economy?
