Chelsea set to sign Malouda.
Lyon will open talks with chelsea this evening for the transfer of malouda after they (chelsea) met the £16million valuation of the lyon man.

This isn't good news to me except he is playing  for the 2yrs left on his contract.And what is this gist about one grant guy possibly taking over from jose? I just knw say nobody dey find lampard. he was just saying that so that the club would be pressured into giving him a new contract and the truth is Lamps isnt indispensable.

You need to think of the financial implications, Though we have a good income being on the top 5 list in the world, we are still in losses.

We pay the highest wages per annum.

We need to be free of Roman's financial involvement and start running like a normal business club soon unless we'll be another fulham or blackburn in the making.

If one comes, one must leave. If we buy, we must sell.

and it looks like we might not have any of those right backs afterall. I just listened to a live interview with PK. He said we hope to sign Malouda by the weekend and will be chelsea's final summer signing.

So glenn and paulo's prayers will be answered. I hope we don't have to relegate essien to right back for the most of the season.

I feel you my brother. That is just sheer greed. He has unconciously put pressure on his seaon. In my opinion he must have his best season ever. What he is asking for must not be pay for past contributions.

This is not gratuity, it is income and he must merit every pound spent. ChelseaFC beginning to run as a business must start with this.

Ferreira has not been himself for 2 years. I agree he plays well a few times but he's inconsistency is killing. Diarra is not a true right back either, so that leaves Glen.

I wanted ferreira, Bhoul and Geremi out, but lets see.
