After scanning my Camry 07 I got two codes, one indicates cylinder 3 misfire, and the other P0012.
Please advice.

It idles roughly (though it has been like that for a while), and also it seems the engine performance dropped a bit.

I was initially having cylinder 2 and 3 misfire codes, then I changed the plugs (not by myself though), I didn't bother to clear the codes afterward, but I noticed the engine was running smoothly. I drove it some days afterwards and the check light automatically cleared, then at some point the light appeared again, after scanning I got the cylinder 3 misfire and P0012 codes.

It's not a recently purchased vehicle, and the engine was purchased about 3 years ago.

I will upload the engine picture when I'm able to snap it.

possible a buildup of sludge, and ignition coils or fuel injector issues. You need a technician to rule out the perp

Also if they rule all these out, any other possible cause(s) to look out for?

Unless there was an undocumented event in the past I don't think compression should be an issue.

Mine did same,i changed plug(wasted money)
My mechanic checked for fuel injectors and found out before my eyes that the four was blocked,this explained why it wasnt accelerating fast enough .
Cleaned with one liquid spray like that, all four.
Now if u match throttle the car go zoom reach lagos

So spending money to fix a car with both cats blocked, that is experiencing some hesitation to accelerate is now spending money on problems which do not affect performance?

I am the one who scanned that car, that car in its state when I scanned it was hesitating to accelerate. Exhaust has rattling sounds which indicates catalytic converter broken and blocking the exhaust system.

I am not gonna talk about the camshaft sensor bank 2 malfunction.

I know what I observed when I diagnosed that car.

Plz when u say rattling sound, do u mean the sound like as if a coin or small object is moving around and hitting on the metal?
I am hearing a kind of sound in my exhaust. I thought maybe a small piece of stone got inside etc

My car's (Honda Acccord 2010) recommended oil is also 5W20. Its even easier to see 5W30 than 5W20, so obviously this is an advantage to me.

Hi guys! U guys have been doing a very good job n may God bless ur endeavours! I bought a 2000 model kompressor. Been good but suddenly starts to jerk when i turn right or stop abruptly. It accelerates slowly afterwards. I was told its d fuel pump n filter and some plugs. I changed them but the problem exist. A mechanic told me to remove d tank n clean it. But i ve not done that. About two weeks ago I noticed that the break oil was low , I topped it , today it was also low and I topped it

Good morning house. I noticed the check engine and VSC light come on yesterday on my dashboard l RX 330 upon scanning, I got the code “P0333 knockout sensor 2 Circuit High Bank 2“

Please can anyone enlighten me before I reach out to a mechanic. This is the first time the check engine light has ever come on.

First car syndrome

After I spent almost 350k fixing every problem that doesn't affect performance on a 2007 camry se back then. Kazeem's build aso rock ontop my head
Nobody tell me before I reset myself to factory settings.

Melting dashboard,I didn't want leather on top,I had to order for a fresh new one from ladipo N150k.

Small noise from front left suspension,apo kazeem made me change all 4 shocks and linkage and some bushing,the kazeem installed a 2004 camry shocks for my 07 camry se without my knowledge and kept all my follow come shocks which he sold to a customer after.

After shocks where installed,car come get k-leg for all 4 tyres I did wheel balancing tire to solve that issue,yet no solution.

Small engine vibration,all mounts changed because I want car to dey idle like mew lol.

Ac cooling no reach me,I changed compressor

Now I no get time for ebamisofun,if e no affect performance,biko I no get money to waste

He immediately call one panel-beater to check my catalyst, lo and behold that strong wired that they normally used in tying things if there no bolt is what we found in the middle catalyst, many of them where stored there. Everyone was shocked and tell me that this could have block overtime and cost serious damage to the engine.

Hello Gazzuzz...i drive a 2007 Honda accord but discovered that my car on changing from gear 1 to 2 suddenly revs high and then burst forward..i have scanned and I got O2 sensor error and ABS sensor error..could these be responsible for the abnormal change from gear 1 to 2?

Your brake oil is leaking in the master break
Look for a break specialist to fix it
Should cost you not more than 3k to fix

Took it to the mechanic and they found out the sov is bad and it’s spoiling the break master that’s what is causing the leakage , I replaced the both and immediately I collected the car back , if u put it on reverse the car stalls , my car has never stalled before , so I took it back to the mechanic and he said maybe because he removed the battery and the car has lost its settings . I’m suspecting he might have tampered with something
