Replace catalyst, or buy O² sensor spacer, or keep driving without it.
Whatever you do, don't use wire mesh or any other funny substance in place of it

I’m considering a Cat delete. I would still use the housing though but i would take out the guts and use a o2 sensor spacer like you recommended for the other guy. Can’t imagine losing my engine because of a cat considering it’s even a 2AZ-FE engine that has factory installed oil burning issue. Thanks so much for your contribution bro. Very grateful

Car idle smoothly in PARK around 700-800 rpm.

Please note that all engine mount are in top shape.

2. Rpm is not low on idle ( car in Park)
If rpm is low, can it be adjusted in Honda Accord 2007?

It is a puzzle that has remained unsolved.

P0141 is for downstream oxygen sensor. It's just for Cat monitoring and emissions.

P02185 is for the second ECT sensor at the radiator.

That RPM at 500 when gear is engaged is pretty on the low side and enough to cause the vibration.
Thoroughly clean the throttle body and do an idle relearn to see if it helps.

at operating temp with a scanner on live , turn on the AC and compare rpm readings .

The oil light display you see on the instrument cluster work with the oil pressure switch, it is an on and off switch, when the is oil pressure the circuit is open, and when oil pressure is below threshold, circuit is closed. If you turn on the ignition sometimes the oil pressure could still be holding a few secs after turning off engine (common ins sludge filled engines) bit does not mean switch is bad or engine is bad .

If oil light remains off after 1min of turning off engine, pls replace oil pressure switch should.be replaced .

Good day Oga Gazzuzz, my '04 Rav4 stalls and hesitate at the slightest hill.. The power reduces after climbing ordinary bump.. They try scanning but couldn't as the brainbox was free code..
My mechanics said we should change the brainbox that it might likely be the problem because we've change pump, plugs, clean injector but problem persists..
Please anybody with this kind of problem and way out would be appreciated..

My vehicle is a Toyota Corolla 2005.

Problems:
1. It was unable to climb hills and runs very heavily(drags).
2. Guzzles fuel.
3. Jerks when accelerating
4. Consume engine oil (I top the engine oil every 3 days with 1litre)
5. Engine is always hot.
6. Coils fail to spark (Sometimes more than one Coil fails to spark)
7. Kills plugs anyhow

NOW:
1. I have changed the gear oil.
2. Done servicing as directed by the mechanics.
3. Changed plugs (Many times), Nozzles, fuel pump/Filter, changed plugs coils, Coal Start (3times), Throttle mouth, and Throttle Pedal sensor.

OBSERVATIONS
*The vehicle works well as soon as mechanics are done fixing it, but next same very issues reoccur after a week or so and keep getting worse.
* I have scanned the car countless times.

Description - Break Switch "A"/"B" Correlation

2. Codes - P2111
Description - Throttle Actuator Control System Stuck Open

3. Codes - P2716
Description - Pressure Control Solenoid D Electrical

I was told it's the Brainbox. I went to change the brainbox but the issue persisted.

I went to one mechanic that was introduced to me and he said I'll need to replace the engine of the car...
