Go and buy spanner complete. It should be 13 or 14 spanner. Sha buy the complete set .use it to remove the sensor from the exhaust. And insert the new one into it.

What's your budget?
What would you be using the scanner for?
DIY fix, or you want to open a shop.
Also what kind of functions do you intend getting out of the scanner.

There's certainly been sludge buildup on this engine and/or overheating at a certain point. Belgium doesn't mean the engine wasn't abused from previous user.

Get an electrician to thoroughly check your wiring harness.
There's no connection between your AC and ignition coils.

Temperature and idle speed.

Possibly low quality ignition coils

That's very wrong. You don't need an alignment after replacing wheel bearing.

Get another technician to physically inspect the car.

even when you take out a strut and put it back, you need to align the system.

Week bearings replacement will cause tow in and tow out to change values.

Alignment required .
