As much as possible, try to pray Magrib. It lasts for just 5-10 mins. Please find a way to pray Magrib. Take a 10 min break and go pray Magrib. Seek permission to do so if necessary. At least make an effort to do so and make dua.

Isha can be prayed when you get home.

Islam is not a religion- even its logo (2crossed daggers) doesn't depict peace. Stop decieving yourselves and wasting your time. Every muslim is indoctrinated to be myopic, pretentious, hostile, mentally detarded. All the senseless maimings, killings, kidnappings, bombings aimed at both government and innocent citizens in Nigeria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Parkistan etc are perpetrated by muslims; with no rational basis, at one point-in the name of fighting those who are against Allah & another, those who embrace western education. Everywhere there exist muslims, there MUST BE confusion, mistrust, violence, hostility etc. It is a movement of DARKNESS which resists LIGHT in all ramifications- science, technology, education, health, cleanliness which is next to godliness etc yet they cannot do without even the minute modern technology, brought about by scientific R& made possible by enlightenment (education). If I were God I wouldn't have been this patient, but flush muslims out of the surface of the earth to HELL, where they belong. REPENT and CONFESS Jesus Christ as the Lord & Saviour, so that ye be saved.

As for me & my household we shall serve the LORD GOD and wear the cloak of love, peace, unity, understanding, trust, comfort, help & other virtues.

tunshe, thanks for dragging me to this thread but I'm not a scholar just a Muslim seeking for knowledge.

@Azboy34, the advice given to you by brother tunshe is good and enough. It is better you observe your solats at the appropriate time given but observing it after work is good as well I understand the work attending customers, I'm facing same challenge but mine doesn't disturb Magrib and Ishai prayer.
