apolonius: Mr Chukwuma has shown with his vision and its loud realization that he is an outlier. He has done well and every Nigerian should be proud of him and draw some inspiration from this visionary.

By the way,the Innoson vision and efforts have been on for many years now.Note to political irritants: Mr Jonathan has almost nothing to do with this success story!
This would be the same Jonathan who personally commissioned the Innoson car assembly factory? The same Jonathan who directed all Federal MDAs to henceforth patronise Innoson, creating an order backlog for Innoson which even now has not been cleared? This would be the same Jonathan whose Sure-P programme bought IVM G5s for use of state coordinators nationwide and under whom INEC has purchased dozens for use in next year's elections? This would be the same Jonathan who introduced a protectionist auto tariff policy despite a barrage of criticism to protect and encourage local car manufacturers? This same Jonathan now ''has nothing to do with Innoson's success story''? I'm happy you and your likes write your true thoughts here so that the whole world can see that your hatred of Goodluck Jonathan is completely irrational, borderline insane and has nothing to do with his policies and achievements or lack thereof. Just know that your baseless hatred doesn't affect the man as much as it affects you. He's the President of Africa's most important country and you're a belly acher who posts on a web forum. I doubt he loses sleep worrying about you.

You that are able to afford taxi clap for yourself.
The car is not a taxi literally
The picture shows it been used as a taxi
Maybe you need to go outside the country & see the calibre of cars been used as taxis over there camry muscle, range, kia etc

It all boils down to what usage to which you put it. There are no cars made specifically for "taxi" purpose.

Sssshh!! You're not allowed to point out that Black South Africans exist at the same technological level as Benin Republic. Just go with the 'rainbow republic' cliche and quote one of Nelson Mandela's many meaningless soundbites. Ubuntu, alright? grin

Don't deceive yourself. The only thing that makes someone African is their lineage. White people are not and will never be Africans. The idea is preposterous. You're either a South African or a European in South Africa and if you're the latter, tick tock...

Thank God, Nigeria is now looking like it. Even if the car is not yet perfect, we shall surely get there. What a joy driving a Nigerian-made car! I mean everything new, over 7500persons employed & many more to come.

I urge governent to make a policy directing all tiers of govts and its agencies to start patronising locally produced cars.no govt official should be allowed to use imported car, except specialised cars that they havent produced yet.this is the way india started their industrial revolution.
