I think the best is that you involve the law and show evidence that you have worked for him for a whole year. |

u ve 2 options. option 1: since he loves women, get friendly with one of his babes, promise her 10% if she can get the money for you. option 2 take his property and disappear, but dats risky, cause he will come after you with Army, Navy, Police, even BH since you say he is well connected bt wait ooo!! U work for 8 months without pay? which kind work be dat? u sure say no be like all these local government employees wey no dey do anything for office, just dey collect pay every month end? anyways sha, goodluck in ur quest |

hire an elderly person preferably a woman that can fake a good cry. She would stand at the company gate when he comes in, she should meet him at the office and tell him that u are owing her and she needs to settle some medical bills etc she should know how to go about this. This procedure has been tested and trusted. If he's a mean person and doesnt pay, then u try option b 1 Like |

Hello OP, I advise you seek only the legal and appropriate measures to press your demands because any step otherwise may likely land you in bigger troubles. Nevertheless, engage a good Lawyer to file your complaint before the National Industrial Court, this court has absolute jurisdiction on matters arising from any perceived breach of the Labour Law. Once you have a proof evidencing an Employer/ Employee relationship between you and your boss, you are good to go. However, this court process may last for a period of 6months on the average but am of the belief that once your boss receives the neatly prepared summons within few weeks, he must call for settlement. But be assured your boss will be responsible for the cost of litigation at the end whether the matter proceeds in court or not. Garnishee proceedings as someone suggested earlier is an action taken to implement a monetary judgment already given by a court,ie by tying the judgment debtor's account(s) and getting his/her bank to pay the judgment sum. I hope this helps, wish you the best! Crystal Law Partnership, Abuja, PH, Lagos, Kano. (08024182962). Email: crystallawyers@yahoo.com |

jta2012: STOP working 4 him, demand ur money in a documentary format and get answer in same manner The NPF is not empowered to recover any debt. Debts are civil matters and the police have no business in civil issues, only criminal matters. Approach a lawyer to handle this matter for you. 1 Like |
