Wow! U are welcome to the uncommon land.
If u can get a luxurious bus from kaduna to aba, then u can enter akwa ibom transport company (AKTC) from aba to uyo. It shouldn't cost u more than 500 from aba.
I dont really know abt benin but u can also get AKTC from onitsha to uyo. So maybe u could travel from benin to onitsha.
The secretariat is at Federal Secretariat, Abak road. Uyo.
