The american doctor was given a serum back in the USA while the Nigerian doctor in Nigeria was given no treatment at all since there is no cure for the disease here in Nigeria or in other parts of Africa for that matter. Remember, the white man manufactured this virus in their labs or so it seems so they also have the antidote to cure or halt the disease but trust that they won't share so that Africa's black population will decrease dramatically.
