and you measure Putin's greatness by him being a bully?? Infrastructure development in Russia is not at pace, he's not doing a better job at managing their economy, with inflation rising, corruption by his cronies ($50B Sochi-Olympics project) ... all this despite increased revenue from their energy sector.
