Hundreds of people have survived it already in Liberia, etc.... Out of the 12 victims, we can expect 5-6 to survive, especially as they were detected early enough... There's still no cure, but if one can survive the critical stage of the disease (With all the horrible bleeding and boils), then the virus will run its course and leave.

There is no formula yet (except if Zmapp arrives in Nigeria tomorrow) all they do is boost the immune system of the patient by giving them good food and antibiotics to prevent opportunistic infections. If the person's immune system is good enough, the person will survive. If not...
