I'm sure the men themselves want to excel and do the country proud. I know we have great minds in nigeria but their bosses would not give them the opportunity to maximise their gifts .
We both know a general would pocket a large proportion of the maintenance budget. And for a country our size which borders many countries "all francophone our NAF should be much greater and we do not have a naval carrier with the massive expanse of ocean we need to protect.
