I use two smartphones

1. Nokia Lumia 930
I got this phone because I really like WindowsPhone8, for the 20MP Pureview Camera, for the wireless charging, and because it's a Nokia.
I was initially doubtful about the 5" screensize (having previously decided never to buy any phone larger than 4.5" screen), but the size is just ok. It's not much bigger than my older Nokia Lumia 920 (4.5" screen) and it's even lighter. I use my Lumia 920 mainly for calls, sms, playing music & videos, taking pictures. I don't have a data plan for it, preferring wifi.

Cons are: battery life is not stellar. Also there is this very annoying bug in the WP8 music player that Microsoft has repeatedly failed to fix. The music player library gets corrupted and screws up the list of songs in the phone whenever I sync.


2. Blackberry Q10
I love this phone. I've had it for 18 months, and it's my most active phone.
I love it for the OS as BB10 is a really good and functional OS. Perhaps second only to android, but more secure and less buggy.
Q10 is currently the best phone that combines touchscreen with physical keyboard. I love that the battery is removable and I have external battery.

Cons: The battery life is not stellar, but that's my fault as I'm a very heavy user of the phone. I'm almost always online on 3G or 4G (there's very good 4G coverage in my city). The camera is not impressive. The screen is relatively small for me.

I hope to replace the Q10 with the Blackberry Passport when the price reduces next year.
