Banks go where there are economic activities not where the owners originated from, Balogun owns FCMB but how many branches is in Ogun, Anambra even have more FCMB branches that the entire Southwest put together .

you guys always say that NSUKKA should be a much more developed city by now and not just a university town(i don't dispute that fact),but what happened to awka the capital of anambra state and also with a university? Has it been transformed into a city?

My friend stop embarrassing urself here. U started this rubbish. Enugu state is over 100yrs but it is still backward when compared to Anambra state in terms of overall development. Awka is a newly created state capital and its doing very well already with the level of infrastructural developments already going on.

As small as Nnewi is, it has an economy bigger than the entire enugu state.
Stop feeling inferior each time Anambra is mentioned..

EASTVIEW:
Awka has some of best skyline around with beautiful architectures dotting the landscape. The only issue the city has was the highway which is now undergoing reconstruction with flyovers and bridges. Very soon Awka will be the Dubai of nigeria. Go figure

There is no infrastructure in awka to be proud of! Hahahahahahaha,anambra is the U.S of nigeria yet many anambraians troop into our darling enugu state on daily basis,most of them trying so hard to make enugu our capital as chaotic as onitsha,nnewi and awka with their spare parts shops and impatient spirit!
