Lol! I was almost tempted to agree with you. I have had similar thoughts before but I don't think its that straightforward. That thought would be true if after marriage you still see you and your wife as separate individuals with separate resources. Look at it this way. Being single is more or less like being in a sole proprietorship while being married is like being in a partnership. Usually, the pull of resources available to a partnership business is more than that available to the sole proprietorship. The partnership can only run into problems when the individuals are not business servy and are more like dormant partners. 1 Like |
