Come to Borno and ask. Or ask anyone in Borno. Borno is an APC State they don't even allow other parties to place posters they will remove it. I go to the rurals, most local government areas in Borno are still ghost towns yet they write results for those non assessible areas. How can Borno State that is suffering from insurgency be having over 1 million votes casted for APC? I'm on ground here, but will believe votes will count this time around if INEC is really sincere with there new technology.

While Buhari secured 836k votes in Borno in 2019 Atiku was only able to get 71k votes. Buhari got 473k votes in 2015 while Jonathon a Christian sitting President got 25k. Peter Obi wouldn't get more than 8k (I'm just being generous though).

What you don't know is the fact that before now election is not really done in Borno State in the past, they just write result. But given the promise by Buhari for a fair election where votes will count, and with the advent of BVAS technology, Christians in Borno ate believing that their votes will count. I won't disclose much, let just wait till February 25.
I was speaking with some Kanuris last week to know who they would prefer to vote for, they don't seem to care. They just keep saying Allah should choose the best for them. Even when I mentioned Obi to them, they say if he's the best candidate they would prefer he wins. People are really suffering in Borno, even in Maiduguri. Shops that used to be filled to the brim are now empty. People are starving here.
