I need your recommendation as i narrate this to you. i've been working for close to 4 years now no promotion, but there are salary increments. Months ago i bust into my boss and requesting for more increment,,,he said ok that i should chill. Later in the day he came back with the option of promotion to another dept and salary increment or i remained my position and increment as well. But my problem is that i enjoy current position. Your recommendation only,,,,don't use abusive words.
