Hello everyone, I want to discuss the business of sourcing agricultural produce in bulk and supplying them to companies and exporters in tons. With the high rate of joblessness in our country and the opportunities this niche presents, I believe those with the startup capital can venture into this line and achieve significant success. One can start by sourcing and supplying locally before transitioning to exporting these goods. It's essential to have a full grasp of the business and understand how the seasons work. I am involved in both local supply and exportation, and it has been a rewarding experience so far. From the export angle, we earn in foreign currency, which is highly beneficial. Apart from the personal gains, we all know that exports help our economy by attracting foreign exchange. There are various agro commodities and herbs to deal with, including: 1. Maize 2. Soybean 3. Sesame seed 4. Cocoa 5. Wheat 6. Palm Kernel 7. Rice Paddy 8. Cassava 9. Hibiscus 10. Cashew 11. Gum Arabic 12. Sorghum 13. Millet 14. Gum Luban 15. Red Chilli 16. Garlic 17. Palm Oil 18. Palm Kernel Oil 19. Ginger 20. Turmeric 21. Pigeon Pea 22. Cowpea 23. Honey and more. As we proceed with the thread, I will discuss how to source these goods and also how to connect with companies to supply in tons. We will also discuss pricing and keep ourselves updated on current market trends. Transportation is another crucial factor in this business as these goods are transported in trucks. Stay tuned. This is from the stables of BD Access Point Agro Commodity Trading LLC. |

I would appreciate it if this can be moved to front page. It will help a lot of Nigerians nursing the ambition of delving into export business, now that our economy desires for us to export far more than we import. |
How they operate: They request for proforma invoice and send you Purchase Order with attractive price. They will tell you 100 TT against Scan BL When you meet your own.part of the deal, they begin to delay your payment till the arrival date of the consignment. Then, they use the scan copy you sent them to clone the Original Bill of Lading with you That is whatthey will present to the shipping line and clear your goods without your consent. They are mostly Indians and Pakistanis. Please be careful guys. Let's expose these companies. Their namea will appear from this open source thtrad each time one-off us wants to do background checks on a prospective customers they are discussing exportation with.

Hello guys, Please I want to make inquiry on behalf of a friend. His marriage started having problem since when he started having financial crises due to some problems with his business., and now it has gotten to a point where he wants to seperate and move on with his life. He is only married in church with the wife and they have 2 children together. He wants to apply for Canadian permanent residence through the Alberta Sibling connection. Now, his question is: 1. Does he need any divorce documents since his marriage was just an ordinary church certificate and not a legal document from court? 2. He once applied for Study Visa where he indicated his married status and also submitted that church marriage certificate as proof, though the visa was denied on grounds of insufficient funds. 3. What document does he need to present to IRCC to show that his marriage(church) has ended? 4. Please how can he go about his application without the documents of his uncooperative wife and still have his 2 kids in his application for future sponsorship? He wants to know how to go about it before commencing the process. Thank you |

shogotermies:Yes, loan is a good idea, but again think about the exorbitant interest rate in Nigeria and still they won't offer the needed amount. |
Born2conquer:I will excuse the glibness in your comment... To start with, the property in question is mine as clearly stated in my post. I have every document to that effect as well, and it is easy to verify authenticity of the ownership of a property, so I wonder how you got swindled easily. It could be possible you were after ridiculously cheap priced adverts. I am not even based in Owerri. I live in Lagos where I do business. Plus I am not a new user on this platform, so that flippant remark should be for new accounts with no track record. So if we are to go by your logic, most of us won't even take the estate agents in this section of nairaland serious(who wan trust stranger with him money?), but as far back as 6 years ago, I transacted with one Tigerken or so when I bought a piece of land in his estate in Enugu without seeing his face till date. And even when I changed my mind and wanted a refund he did and only charged me for service fee. Oga if you are interested just DM and stop beating about the bush. |
shogotermies:My dear, if you hold on to your property and allow your business die, you will soon realize you can't cook the house and eat. Sometimes you have to give something of value to get the needed capital to prosper. Once the investment picks up, you can always acquire better properties than the one you sold to be stabilized. A lot of people died in poverty today for the fear of the unknown. They hold too tight to what is supposed to be a seed that should be buried to give rise to a fresh plant. They live all their lives in poveerty hoarding values, only to die suffering while their children sell it off and move on with life. |
Mizfabulous18:Yeah, I actually don't want my property pictures out there for privacy purpose. It can blow up anonymity here. If you are interested or have someone who is, kindly DM me. You will like it. Description... 1. Four(4) bedroom all ensuit. 2. Ante room(visitor's palour) with visitor's toilet. 3. Main palour 4. Dining area with wash-hand basin 5. Bar area 6. Lobby 7.
