Good morning house, please I have an issue here o

My sponsor(my maternal aunt) went to print her bank reference and statement of account for me and it turned out too voluminous, so she asked them to print for 3 months which was still over 80 pages with a sitting balance of 25million and a turnover of 750million for that 3 months.

Now my question is, can I use the bank statement of 3 months since she had already transferred 5m to my account last week for my studies? Is it ok to use the statement like that for my application as I am applying on Tuesday. Please I need urgent response?

Help a brother.

his career objectives and goals and most importantly why he chose to continue his academic pursuit in York university,

what does York offers that differs from what is obtainable in Nigerian Institutions particularly in his areas of proposed study,

What guarantees his return to Nigeria after completing his program in Canada,

His financial capacity to pursue his proposed program,

Job prospects in Nigeria,

Ties to Nigeria, economic and social.

There are so many things to consider...when it comes to study permit application.

Style 1: Transfer tuition + partial upkeep at least into your account. You pay tuition from it and mention the whole scene in SOP/LOE. She give you LoSupport, AofSupport, and SoAcc mention her transfer to your account and willingness to do more.

Style 2: she pays tuition from her account and transfer partial up keep to your account with LoS, AofS, and statement of account. You mention the whole movie in your LOE or SOP.

I hope your previous education is closely related to your new program, while new is higher than previous. Shalom!
Nice

Austinpee4:
Bearing her name does not in any way mean you have access to the funds therein. The major thing if you do not intend to have the co-sponsor pay your tuition before applying is that funds MUST be accessible by you the applicant. This is also why a 3rd party/co-sponsor will have to do more than just writting or stating in a letter of sponsorship. Some level of commitment must be seen to the applicant in support of what ever he/she have written down.

So deduce the possibility of you having sufficient funds from that premise because officers most likely will be more interested in funds that the applicant have access to than that which the sponsor/co-sponsor do.

Transfering the tuition to you is good and will be irrespective of which account it is coming from as long as the source of the cash will be proven. Once that is done, she only needs to just print both acounts and add.
Okay, thanks!

Sent you a PM.

Good day house, please my co-sponsor is using a corporate account that bears her name, because her savings account doesn't have inflows like her business account. She will be transferring my tuition from the account to my savings account.

Please is this going to be a problem?

I declared all my siblings.. .all four of them, one my full blooded brother with the same surname as mine and my other two half brothers and sister with different surname from mine and still got my TRV! I don't know what you're hiding or why. Plus i didn't submit any birth certificate or any form of ID for them. I just answered the family information question honestly and that's all
I am not hiding anything, just don't have the time to get their birth cert and IDs, but now that I have been cleared on that, I will declare(list) all of them.

Thanks!

Hello, just has u have been advice. i will really encourage you to declare all you siblings, it will go along way to help them in the future, not declaring them now means alot. I dont also tink nt submitting their ID or PASSPORT will have any negative effect on your application and since they are not ur dependant, u really v no justifiable reason to hide them.
Do you mean I can just list them with out necessarily attaching their birth cert, ID or Passport? Because that's where I have serious problem, they are far away from me…

Their marriage certificate should be okay. And if they made media publication to their change of name, attach it to it.
Thank you boss!
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by 1soul(m): 9:36pm On Mar 04, 2017
Austinpee4:
To add to @Penitential advise , Inclusion of family members on the family form is not only for home ties, it will also help them possibly in the future when you either need to make any immigration application for them later or need to sponsor them to come to canada or help them get legal status in canada once you are there.

So it will do you good to include your family members, this will be on their database and will be use not just when you apply for your study permit but also in the future.
Now this is serious!

I have to include all of them and find a way to get all their birth certificates (shey that's all that would be needed). Now the problem is how do I reconcile the disparity in surname for my two married sister?

Declare your available siblings as well. Can't be too much.
Okay.

For the transcript, I called the lady that processed it for me when I visited the school, she said I should call back on Monday, I pray she send me a copy.

I will just declare two of my siblings.

Please has anyone succeeded in using Form A since the new policy review?

I see that you've got lots of home ties. Make use of the options at bolded.
So with this "my parents, my wife(works with a bank) and 2 months old daughter, plus my job since I will be on study leave. I have my pension and also a registered family company with CAC where I am a director while my dad the CEO." Plus the tenants agreements and receipts of payments do you think I will be good without declaring my siblings?
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 12 by 1soul(m): 9:02pm On Mar 04, 2017
penitential:
Try as much as you can to get your transcript; it's very important. There are ways to go about it.

Try to declare them if you can get them, except if you have other things to use as home ties (parents, assets...)

I have my parents, my wife(works with a bank) and 2 months old daughter, plus my job since I will be on study leave. I have my pension and also a registered family company with CAC where I am a director while my dad the CEO.

Tenant agreement documents, various receipts of payment by your tenants, survey plan, C/o.....
Thanks bro... I have tenant agreement documents, receipts of payment, but there is no survey plan and C/o, like I said the building is in a rural area in Kano.

Please house I am gathering my documents for trv application, will it be a problem if my undergraduate transcript is not included in my app? My school does not issue transcript to students.

Secondly must I declare all my siblings especially those far away from that I might have difficulty getting their birth certs and IDs?

Thirdly, I have a house rented out to twnants but the building is located in a rural area and therefore had no documentation, how do I represent this information in my application.
Brothers please help...

Yes. Very cheap.

A letter from office stating your role and willingness to grant you study leave.

Strong bank account. Total fees (tution and upkeep) plus 4-6kcad for your family.
Thank you for the input. Though I plan to use a sponsor(my aunt), dont have much in my account, just 2m

Refusal is mostly advance diploma which is lower than Bsc and PGC irrelevant to UG study. If you UG program carry same name as this one, work on your finance and home tie, and make sure they are very strong.
My UG is Urban and Regional Planning
I work with a bank, rural facility monitoring precisely
I am married with a one month old daughter - home tie
Wifey works with a bank too.

$2550: The cost implication is very affordable I must say.

See screenshot.

Ask the program admin and co-ordinator if it is PGD.
Yes it is.

Graduate Diploma Rural Development, Brandon University. Though I applied for Master Rural Development.

M major concern is the spate of refusal sinonemous with Diploma related courses that I saw here last year. It scares me and I don't want to waste my time and money!

Good day house,

Please I applied for Master Rural Development Brandon University, only to see my acceptance letter that I was admitted into Graduate Diploma Rural Development degree program.

Please is it treated the same with college PGD by CIC?

And from what I am seeing here most Diplomas hardly get Visa approval. Though my undergraduate is in Urban and Regional Planning and I work with rural loan facility monitoring unit of my bank.

Pls I Need advice.

Please house I need answers, want to know my chances if I should go ahead with my trv application.

Is Graduate Diploma in a University treated by CIC same as college PGD and PGC for visa?

Or should I write the school to refuse the offer? I am just confused here.
