i highlighted it has i should but it seems like if i remove the code it is programmed to automatically redirect to the autor's page donot know how thats possible ... i downloaded the template so that i can have time to check well am using notepad++ to check it

the problem is that i have checked the whole code searched i can find the link but i could only see the code that controls the function . whenever i try to remove that line of code the website redirects

hello fellow programmers and web designers . i downloaded a template for a site i was trying to develop but i have been able to edit every thing in the html content of the template apart from the authors name which is usually below the blog(i attached a picture of the name am talking about). i made some improvement during my search, i found the name of the author and what i need to remove in the footer but once i remove it the site only redirects to the site of the distributor or author of the template pls kindly help me out.

Political activities came alive in Oyo State soon
after the New Year celebration with the posters of
former Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala and Seyi
Makinde pasted in strategic places in Ibadan.
Both politicians belong to the Peoples Democratic
Party.
While the posters of Alao-Akala do not indicate the
position he is vying for in 2015, Makinde's posters
have 'Oyo Guber 2015' written at the top of his
picture. The posters are prominently displayed along
UI/Ojoo road, Sango, Secretariat road and PDP party
secretariat on Queen Elizabeth road.
A source close to Makinde's camp, Akeem Azeez said
that the posters belonged to the politician, adding
that the purpose of pasting them was to send the
message across to everyone in the state that
Makinde was serious about his ambition.
After series of meetings in Ibadan and Ogbomoso,
Alao-Akala has been striving to bring together
aggrieved PDP members, culminating in a town hall
meeting held at Plaza de Aruna in Oyo in December
2013, where he met with some of the members from
Oyo Federal Constituency, comprising Afijio, Atiba,
Oyo-East and Oyo-West. A source close to the former
governor, but who preferred not to be mentioned, said
that there was no decision yet on which position Alao-
Akala would contest in the coming general election.
He said, "We have not decided on the position yet.
We will leave that to the electorate. The posters are
there to generate public opinion. Our next action will
be determined by what the people say. Alao-Akala is
not desperate for position, if the people advise him
not to contest, he will accept the verdict. But the truth
is that he is a passionate leader who believes in the
voice of the people," said the source. ....What do you think of this man can he be elected again as the governor in 2015??
