1. av u gotten ur data package??
2. If d no 1 ansa is yes then install it, don't change d installation directory or if ur downloaded data package is in chunk like d 1 from bt users, den copy all d files 2 dis directory: c:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\rm-Bleep

Done

NB: press *#0000# to view ur rm and replace d Bleep with it e.g RM-346 and u're 2 cr8 d rm-Bleep folder by ur self
