quite a few things you can do to maybe help this situation
1. check what is in your computers startup folder and remove non essencial things like skype, yahoo messanger etc

4 when your computer boots up look at the bottom right hand corner of your screen you will see programs that start automatically you might want to change the settings for some of those
5 run an anti virus software
6 clean out old compressed files start - all programs - accesories - system tools - disk clean
7 do a disk defragment

if all these dont work, find a window and throw it out lol joking

First, we need to know what's causing the error message and then fight it.

Here's your diagnostics in narrowing down the cause. Disconnect anything attach
to your laptop e.g. usb devices except the charger and restart your computer, repeatedly

pressing f8 advance option > select disable automatic restart on system failure, doing this will
enable you to see and feed us back what the message is. F8 again and select safe mode see if you can
get to safe mode without the blue screen. Good luck

1. get the installation media that is a windows xp operating system disk preferably the one used to install the system
2. insert the cd-rom and reboot your system
3. on reboot tap key F8 or DEL until the setup comes up
4. on boot options enable the system to boot from the cd-rom
when setup start loading files press the R button for recovery
then follow on screen instructions to recover your system
