It's not really a kingship thing, it's more like the head of their tribe in any community they find themselves. This should never involve any sort of loud ceremony as I see it as very basic position but they will always end up magnifying it that it becomes uncomfortable for the those who welcomed them.

I just repeated what your National Security Adviser said. The military spokesman said the same thing. They are more interested in rehabilitation of terrorists and reintegrating them into the society rather than sending them to God.

BH are Nigerians, they need rehabilitation and reintegration into the society.

Governor Otti, I am afraid you are not right. Governance is policy-driven and you must outline your goals and objectives before embarking on projects. Once you accomplish certain projects, you weigh the before and after impact of its completion using verifiable data.

Abia State MDAs should include providing data to the list of functions they perform. The government cannot get statistical data from the media - the reverse should be the case. The journalist raised that point mostly because such development data isn't readily available and Governor Otti has a duty to provide it.

You'd always be sitting on the opposite side of anything positive and progressive. You can roll out all useless data, as long as the citizens aren't feeling the impact then you haven't done anything. Go to Abia State and interview 100 persons about the impact of the Governor, hear them out and then write your epistle.

If Nigerian communities overseas want to redeem their image, they should be the ones coming together to expose bad eggs, let them work together with the police of that country.
