Sorry about the loss. Sometimes it's not about the negligible loss that hurts but being fooled and when you think about how many people he must have tricked.

You are going to spend over 100K to get him, they will surely get him and he will refund all your expenses. I'm talking from experience.

The sad part is that he will be bailed after settling you then continue his scam. The only way to nail him is to find a way to get the Statement of the account he uses to scam people, see the numerous people he has scammed then go from there if he can proof he sent them data.

OP if you like go and divorce your wife.

First,. She's likely not someone with high sex drive, you must have seen this during courtship. Not wanting sex doesn't mean she's cheating.

1. No one would trust you to just buy from your link.
2. Even if you have ecommerce website, which of course hasn't gained popularity, I would suggest you start by posting laptops here, put the specs and price then build customer base through selling on here.
3. Join technology section, get to know many other sellers, most of them are owners of big stores in computer village, their vouches will help you, mostly if they get to know you fully and trust you.
4. Your sales here on NL should be escrow based rather than post a link that takes the buyer away from NL.

I got this i3 dell for 370k in computer village and I find it better than the core i5 I was using before it got stolen. Obviously the generation plays a major part.

You were ripped off if you bought that for 370k. When buying a laptop next time, don't go do HDD rather go for SSD Storage laptop. Besides that looks like a 5th gen PC.
