I mean running cost and expenses - rent, transportation, business association and more importantly purchasing power customers which is stangle by running cost of govt officials and functionaries, not even civil servants.
OP isn't well exposed. He's in his room rolling on the bed with imagination. Until he starts a business with serious capital only then will he know the negative policies and what lack of basic amenities are.

Well I still think he doesn't own the phone.
