A film academy he commissioned on the 21st of November collapsed on the 22nd of November. We still remember the lecture hall he built at IMSU that collapsed, the Princess Hotel at Okigwe, the gate at the government house and other substandard structures that went the same way. Seems to me folks here are rejoicing over this...very unfortunate. To the Igbos: there's absolutely no need to criminalize this man. He has every right to be in the opposition of GEJ,and in the long run,it's simply a good game plan for the Igbos. Supporting GEJ based on sentiments alone is never wise;he has to actually work and justify the trust reposed on him. Even if he returns to office 2015,after 2019,what next? What next for the Igbos? No sentiments in politics. Igbos,celebrate and encourage your leaders no matter which party they belong. |
