Are there 66 books in the Bible?

I am persuaded that God stamped the 66 canonized books using the Book of Isaiah. It has 66 chapters and the Bible has 66 books. Its first 39 chapters are OT themed just as the first 39 books of the Bible are found in the OT. The remaining 27 chapters are NT themed just as the NT has 27 books.
