Up until a few years ago, you could become a university lecturer with a Masters Degree, while studying to obtain a PhD. I even know some Professors with a PhD now, who got into the university lecturing system with a Masters Degree.

I found it at the AquaticCommons, and it was originally published on 29th November, 1985.

The publication is titled:
