All people should focus their attention to marketing and sales, everyone keep selling suckers, world1,lesgup, ajayi and the rest guru in the house but no one ever dare to guide and give real practical support on how these farmer should make the profitable sales for their product, dont just sell suckers, help em find market, this will ensure more people come on board, why investing 300-400k only to be loss out for a year job, meanwhile i support planting maize. Low risk, small start up capital, few months of harvest and ready market available,

Thanks you all

Farming is not just a job, it’s a way of life.

Many people today believe that farmers just farm because they chose that as a profession. In many cases that is not true, some farmers have other jobs but they farm because they know that that is the only way that we will be able to feed the world in the future.

Now that our economy is in bad shape, job losses, higher rate of unemployment, sharp drop in oil price resulting in huge revenue loss by government and business enterprises; the economy has not been so bad like this for decades and the best shot is to explore, invest heavily, and create wealth in the non-oil sector to bring back the economy on its track.

Agriculture is our best hope; with large hectares of farmland lying fallow, fertile soil, and cheaper labour compare to other regions of the world.

The perimeter will determine the number of rolls to purchase.
