the document posted shows a hospital named AHMADU BELLO TEACHING HOSPITAL ZARIA while there is actually no such hospital in zaria. the only teaching hospital in zaria is named AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL (ABUTH) ZARIA. do i sense forgery here?
