@ kuthvic, go to lagos consulate. Blocked account opening is from Mon-Wed. 8am-11am. Make sure u sleep in lagos overnight to beat rthe time. Take ur copy of passport data ppage, admission letter, aplication form (2sets) and N4500

Im also waiting to see if hamburg will give me admission. But i have started d blocked acc process with d admission i have to Stuttgart

UNI stuttgart solid o. And stuttgart na better city. Maybe even better dan hamburg(abeg na opinion o before i incur d wrath of hamburg people here) So there's nothing wrong if u go there. If u check ur prog ranking and stuttgart comes top i think u should consider it. Mine is opposite. My prog ranking says hamburg is better. Just make sure u proceed with what u have already.

DOES THE COMMENTS MARKED RED INSINUATE THAT I CAN ATTACH ALONG THE MAIL THE COMPLETED COPY OF THE BLOCKED ACCOUNT FORM EVEN WHEN IT HAS NOT BEEN CERTIFIED AT THE CONSULATE?

I AM THINKING YES SINCE I CAN STILL HAVE IT CERTIFIED ON THE DAY I WILL BE GOING FOR THE PERSONAL SUBMISSION OF THE VISA APPLICATION.

First and foremost, congratulations on your admission to Ilmenau.

Secondly, I don't really understand what you mean by certification of blocked account but here is how it works.
*Download the form from the embassy's website
*Fill online and print but don't sign until the embassy assesses it on that day and the date must be same as date of submission
* Scan the slip you will be given at the embassy, convert all to PDF and send to the designated email.
*wait for reply (if you book during non working or business hours you will wait until they resume before you get a reply and DON'T SEND TWICE.
