I have said it before that Jonathan is smart. A lot of Nigerians underestimate his political astuteness. He's not a noise maker. Anybody who bites this, the joke is on you. What the presidency has simply said, is that APC and Buhari should be ready to accept defeat as well. Knowing fully well that PDP has all it takes to out-rig APC.
