I was stuck at that point for hours.
You would need to enter every single information of the past ten years. No single month in between must be left blank.
If you are working in SON say from (January 2010 to September 2022) and took study leave ( September 2012 to September 2013), , you must break down the employment time in the employment session as
Under employment session - January 2010 to July 2012 (SON)
Then enter your studies under study session
Education session: September 2012 to September 2013
Then you would go back to employment session and enter- October 2013 to September 2022.
No month must be left unaccounted for
If you are not working during a period, put unemployed and put your house address under the address session.

This is 2 years plus are you sure this application is still running maybe you should order your GCMS notes to know the current situation or if you have anyone there tell the person to help you inquire from the Mp of the place you intended to stay to know the situation about this because its obvious this applications a way past processing times

I got the same response. Nothing has changed on my application since 20th July when my upfront medical was updated to pass. I applied 4th of July. IRCC can be funny, but God pass them. I believe I will get the visa before the end of October, 2022

The removal of border measures has been facilitated by a number of factors, including modelling that indicates that Canada has largely passed the peak of the Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 fuelled wave, Canada’s high vaccination rates, lower hospitalization and death rates, as well as the availability and use of vaccine boosters (including new bivalent formulation), rapid tests, and treatments for COVID-19.

Effective October 1, 2022, all travellers, regardless of citizenship, will no longer have to:

submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website;
provide proof of vaccination;
undergo pre- or on-arrival testing;
carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation;
monitor and report if they develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19 upon arriving to Canada.
Transport Canada is also removing existing travel requirements. As of October 1, 2022, travellers will no longer be required to:

undergo health checks for travel on air and rail; or
wear masks on planes and trains.
