'Before Anyone Else' is a recent attempt at making it an acronym jare.

Bae is simply a slang derived from 'babe', same way 'cray' is gotten from 'crazy'.

not in America, it's internet usage which was attempted to bring into mainstream vocabulary.

as per what it means, your guess is as good as mine.

It seems it was initially used on nairaland sometime between late 2013 and later in 2014.
