so awarding contracts and procurement are not part of the processes i mentioned.

Buhari or not, those refineries will still be in place. Stop the hypocrisy of giving kudos to Buhari for feats initiated by his previous admins while foolishly blaming Jona for similar successes.

your hypocrisy is nauseating.

Going by your logic and anti hypocrisy stand, Jonathan inherited an NIPP that has a 15, 000MW installed capacity save for the transmission infrastructure that needs over hauling, do you now have steady electricity?

By that same logic, he inherited a robust banking industry, why are our bankers at home while Patience is looking forward to creating traffic warden jobs?

Why did he inherit a military that dealt a severe blow to the well trained and organized Sierra Leone military while leaving behind a military asking for help from one of the poorest military in the world to reclaim her territories?

With or without Buhari the refinery will stand, with Jonathan, all our institutions collapsed wont you say?

By the way his incompetence is disgusting.

Imagine this liar, you are one dishonest fellow who loves reeling out half truth as fact.

1) GEJ added some power plant to come up with that increase in installed capacity. a capacity of 15,000 without the transmission backbone in place is nothing, it seems you are ignorant of the incumbent approach in addressing that.

2)A robust banking industry where investors fund were totally eroded and it took a 500 billion govt bail out to save them . Shioor

3) The same Military you have hypocritically called names and rubbished here consistently. The same Military the current admin is seriousy arming to meet current challenges due to the decay of the past. Asking for the intervention of neighbors to reduce cross border banditry can only be frowned upon by unpatriotic hypocrites .

4) Your Buhari hatchet job here is dead on arrival. Give it up.

CaptainJason:

Again you have proven to the world your real worth, try to upgrade even if you will worth zero, its better than the negative which you belong presently.
You posted a message stating that a lubricating complex in an existing refinery was awarded, is that a refinery? You also quote that NNPC engineers in conjunction with a company were involved. IF you buy spare parts for a car, does that make you the owner of the car?

Like I said before, use your brain, upgrade your thinking ability and try to think straight, it's not my mothers fault that you lack training or became useless in life to become a tool for electoral violence and lie peddler for politicians.
Your mother she has no real worth, it is better for the dog to upgrade but not likely . Most likely the she will fall from Okadawhen she has her next epileptic seizure and die

Mention the names of the power plants added by Patience good-luck to our NIPP that is up and running as at 17/02/2015, mention the name and its installed capacity.

Investors funds were eroded, hello where are you getting your gist from? Oh! Sanusi's looting of Access bank right? you want to blame Soludo for that?
What is the difference between Sanusi's Bail out funds and Prof Soludo's EDW (extended discount window) that Sanusi had to murder the investors confidence in those banks?

Only a sub standard brain like yours will be satisfied that Nigeria, with GDP of over $500b, population of over 170m people, Military size of over 138,000 soldiers to beg for help from one of the poorest countries in the world, anyone who fails to realize this unprecedented anomie, the height of a denigrating fall from grace to grass, happening under the indolent president Patience Jonathan is unpatriotic, a charlatan, Nincompoop and pack of mediocre.

Are you crazy to ask Chad for help? your military errand boys? because they have enshrined meritocracy in their military you are going to ask for help you shameless r@tard, you support every evil from this administration but when the consequence becomes obvious, you run for help. you must be dumb sick in the head.

The Geregu 2, Omotosho 2 and the Olorunsogo 2 all fully financed by the current admin are working, even the abandoned projects due to financial constraints were all resuscitated

Soludo oversight function was glaring insufficient which led to monumental sleaze in the banking sector. don't try to act smart .

Now, writes Adeniyi, “As Sanusi resumed at CBN, his first mandate from the president was to examine the state of the banks, to ensure that all was well and that the fears being expressed in certain quarters were unfounded. As it turned out, the fears indeed were not unfounded. As a former bank CEO with vast experience in risk management, Sanusi knew what to look for in the banks. After studying internal memos, various reports and correspondences, and also interviewing regulators, bankers, business persons, government officials and other stakeholders, he became convinced that some of the banks were, figuratively speaking, on life support.

Sanusi’s review of activities in the Expanded Discount Window (EDW) particularly revealed some unsavoury details: some banks were almost permanently locked in as borrowers and were most often unable to repay their obligations. When CBN decided to temporarily shut the EDW to these banks, they, in desperation, turned to banks like UBA, which had excess liquidity, but such funds were lent at very high premium rates. Four banks were in this dire strait.

A fifth one was also a frequent borrower on the EDW. While these banks were not the only beneficiaries of the EDW, the persistence and frequency of their demand, by Sanusi’s reckoning, could only be a manifestation of a deeper malaise, which CBN identified as a probable source of financial instability.

“In unraveling what exactly was going on in some of these banks, Sanusi gave clues to the CBN examiners with regard to the areas to look for and the questions for which they should seek answers. By the time their assignment was concluded, the preliminary report was just a validation of what he had always suspected: five of the ten banks whose books were examined were in serious trouble.” (pp93/94)

You are such a daft little soul, Book haram can only be defeated decisively if our neighbors crush their cells running the show along border towns.

Maybe a fool like has been ignorant of the series of meeting Mr President has been having with his neighbors to nip terrorism in the bud, now that request has been granted , cowards like you sit here and rant all day.
