Thats very sad....but Ngerians generally do not give any importance to cleanliness or tidyness, especially outside in the streets.

Its a natural product of the average Nigeria mentality. Abuja needs an El-rufai next.

Not surprising .... the problem is with the city planners and management. A newcapital....the planners should cater for a steady increase in population wbich would mean more demand on the infrastructures.....roads, electri ity and water supply..and garbage and sewerage disposal. Then they have to have laws and more importantly ...have the laws enforced 24/7. Other cities aroad are clean not because of the people but because the laws are enforced.
