Do you observe that most (ladies) especially in west africa had gone haywire all in the name of the dressing?its soo annoying when you see a lady raising her skirt up every 5 seconds cos its mini.my question is why would she wear mini skirt knowing fully that she will definitely raise it up every 5 seconds?
