I work in a smartcard company and 100% of what we do ends up with testing cards(ATM cards,mi-fare cards like what INEC is using cos of the chip encoded). INEC shud factor the reason and possible solutions because on the Election Day, people with all manner of finger print stains ranging from sweats and paintings will show up. Even some card readers with synthetic overlay covering the glassy surface still reads so INEC,JEGA,APC,PDP and all stakeholders need fix this ASAP. This election hass turned brothers into enemies. You are very correct my fellow citizen. How on earth can a machine with 40% failure rate be regarded as successful? Who will fly an Airline or travel on o vehicle with 40% crash rate? We should learn to have standards irrespective of political affiliation(s).
