As we all the end of the world cometh,and strange things happen as the day goes by,flipping through the pages of my brain i remebered a friend of mine who confided in me on his addition of masturbating,that if he dosent do it in a day,he would feel lyk he hasnt eaten all day....here are jes my opinion 1)/Get busy/ :we all know that being idle is a foudation of being used and worked on by the devil,and you do know that masturbation is a devilsh work,my advice,when the devilish thoughts of masturbating strolls in,go and get something to do,and dont give in... 2)/Avoid pornographic materials/ :As you know,what you see is what you think,why wont u masturbate when all you see is sex,the last porn movie u watch,my advice ,quit watching,reading and even hearing any thing that would arouse your sexual state if u really wanna quit it. 3)/Be holy,chaste and disciplined/ :if you tried all possible solutions run to your creator,he solves all problem,keep a pure mind,have moral thoughts,and before u knw it,u would say this words /back in the days,i once masturbated...
