What better e-breakfast could I have asked for.

For all we know....that bbm conversation could have been falsified.
I have two smart phones....
I can replicate same in no time.

As I support GEJ reach ehn...
It would be an affront on my person for someone to come and tell me that in over 774 local governments of our federation, there was no case of blatant cheating somewhere, same goes for the opposition.

Even if our main protagonists are saints, what about those supporting them....the ones we have never seen on twitter or any social media.

This battle is way bigger than GEJ or GMB.

No offence my amiable sister.

But as for me, I will not be deluded into thinking we actually held elections in this country.
What we had was a silent inter tribal war of sorts.....using the paper, ink and ballot box as a front.

Some people no get sense at all, kano has 5 million voters, 2million voted yet the 1diot is writing 98%.

Don't mizmycoli and all these loosers crying fowl. Mizmycoli is the women I used to respect a lot because of her reasoning but see how she turned her self to retarded.n because of clueless Goatluck. I served as presiding officer in kano and I swear to Allahu there was no any rigging that took place, besides it was even they elders from the area that assembled us and preached us to be honest in all our dealings. The truth is Northern people take politics very import and know what they want.

Let me tell you a heart touching story that happened in my box. An old man escorted by his son slumped on the queue, people including his son carried him to the hospital where he was announced dead. But you know what, that his first son having lost a father still rushed back to the polling unit and begged people to excuse him to vote so that he will go and make his father. Where could this thing happened in the south please?

My Siggy says it all.

I specifically mentioned the APC because of the perceived propagandic "Saint-I-Can-Do-No-Wrong" image being subliminally cast in minds of majority of the electorate all over social media.

I do not have a problem with people from the opposing side.

What irks me, and what I will resist henceforth is any person or troll who goes ballistic and negatively emotional, resorting to insults and trying to stifle my right to expression, just because a differing view was presented.

I support GEJ.
But I remain true to self and conscience
.

Apparently....Buhari's team seems to be doing a better job at you-know-what.

But whoever wins today....
Buhari or GEJ.

I, Adannaya, challenge a sane human who is mentally capable of holding a discourse in good conscience to boldly declare that there weren't elements of manipulations whatsoever.....that the winner won on free and fair grounds.

You support Jonathan? Well that's interesting!! Never would have thought so.

Generally speaking, Jonathan has been a colossal failure, the type never witnessed before. Supporters of Jonathan fall into one or both of the following categories

- Those with religious/tribal sentiments
- Those who've benefitted from Jonathan's administration.

You seem a very rational individual to be swayed by sentiments of any kind. Well I guess you've got your reasons.

Anyway as far as the north is concerned, you should understand Buhari is not just a candidate, he's a movement! Over the last four years, the north has borne the brunt of Jonathan's ineptitude, it's not difficult to see why they all what him out.

Jonathan has failed himself, being a man from a less privileged background, he had the chance to unite Nigerians irrespective of religion or tribe, but he failed. He's disenfranchised a lot of young people especially in the north, most people want him out.

Forget tribe or religion. If you perform well, people will sing your praises.

I have always found it hard trying to reconcile Buhari's mantra and the crop of folks who support him. Something about him and his statements from the time of yore unsettles me.
I've always maintained before now that if I were given any other viable option to Jona, I will give anything (except my blood) to see him or her kick GEJ out.

Because of this election, my office has been on lockdown. My work route is quite volatile.

For a very long time, before declaring support for the incumbent, I was indifferent...I just might be slipping back to my former position.
My time off work caused me to reflect on stuff.
I have laid most of my thoughts bare on this thread.

One more conclusion I came to is this....

Beyond our rising emotions based on who we want in or out.
We really need a Nigeria that progresses.

Beyond my personal reservations
We need Change that is positively transformational.

However that is gone about, I don't care really.
I know better than to think Elections were actually free and fair on both sides.

I earnestly hope Nigeria remains a united entity.

Pity I was a PO too and I saw differently.
A leopard never changes its spot, does it?

I am not in any way disparaging your submission as that is very possible, but please don't go all; mzmycoli-knoweth-not-what-she-says. on me.

Maybe if APC stalwarts were more curt and displayed a high level of tolerance to differing views and opinions, without resorting to verbal abuse at the seeming slightest provocation....I just might have pitched my tent with the APC (not necessarily Buhari)....but then, what does it matter anyway...

Truth be told....I consider both of them devils, I just went for a lesser one.

That is my opinion....which I'm sure you're boiling over right now.

Your respect or disrespect of me; your putting me on a high or low pedestal changes nothing about the core of who I am......that's your view of me and I respect that.

As you are very much entitled to your opinion and views, I am to mine too.

I hope you respect that.

Very true!!

I've never been a supporter of Buhari, but this time, the wish to see Jonathan go has gotten so many people sympathetic to his course.

In the eyes of many today, Buhari is the lesser of two evils. He may not be the best option for the country but he's the only alternative.

Lets just hope for the best!!

It would be an utter disrespect to these people to say elections were rigged when they massively came out to support their candidates .

Show me one picture of the people queuing in Rivers to show elections actually held in Rivers. Or is it Akwa Ibom where in Ikot Ekpenne the total Accredited voters were 19,000 but the PDP candidate scored 37,000?

I have always maintained that for the groups that make up the old Eastern Region (and our kinsfolk in Delta state) to have the freedom to progress as we want in this country, Nigeria either has to be restructured (and i don't mean the pussyfooting about that was done at the recently concluded national conference), or if this isn't possible then we should all go our separate ways! There is and has always been a gang-up against us in this country, and the chief protagonists have always been the Hausa/Fulani and their Yoruba friends down south!

Tell me why a Niger Deltan can't be allowed to govern this country in peace!? If they say GEJ was inept or whatever, does that mean they couldn't look for an alternative from the same geo-political zone? Instead the chief protagonists went ahead and selected from the same ethnic stock that has governed Nigeria the longest, not minding the fact that this same Niger Delta is the unwiling goose that lays our collective golden eggs!

Please lets move past all these. Let the most fit win as determined by the Nigerian people.

No mind them. Even if you voted for Jonathan and believe he is the next best thing after slice bread. Then that's your problem.

Do not vilify us with thouths of he won't perform or your evil wishes that Nigeria would worsen under Buhari. Even if it worsens, fine 2019 is there. We vote him out. No sentiments.

Buhari won many northern states when he contested with OBJ.

Buhari got huge votes when he contested with GEJ in 2011.

Raise a cow against a Fashola; The cow will get more northern votes.
