Whether they used Card-Readers or Manual Accreditaion, the presiding officers should announce the number of accredited voters before the voting commences.. This would give all the observers present at the polling unit an idea of the number of voters present., and most importantly, announcing the number of accredited voters would eliminate multiple thumb-printing at the polling units.
