Bleaching is by choice,whether majority frowns at it or not,it shouldnt affect anybody..... using cheap bleaching creams is what is actually making the skin look irritable.and skin maintenance v got to be constant,if not there wl b two diff skin colours..buh if uve got the money and want to shed a bit of skin colour,shoot on.
